Reunion Reimagined – Benefiting Richland Two Education Foundation
Thank you for supporting Reunion Reimagined.
Reunion Reimagined, Inc is a 501 (c)(7) taxable, SC non-profit entity.
Remaining proceeds from this event benefit
Richland Two Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to encouraging and supporting excellence in Richland District Two by enhancing educational opportunities for scholars, fostering community involvement, and providing resources that promote success in the district.
To ensure fairness and transparency, the following refund policy applies to all ticket purchases:
1. General Policy

All ticket sales are considered final due to the charitable nature of this event.

Proceeds directly support the programs and services of Richland Two Education Foundation.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

Event Cancellation: If the reunion is canceled by the organizers, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.

Event Rescheduling: If the reunion is rescheduled, tickets will be automatically valid for the new date. If a ticket holder cannot attend the rescheduled date, a refund request may be submitted in writing within 14 days of the announcement.

Duplicate Purchase: In the event of an accidental duplicate ticket purchase, refunds may be requested within 7 days of the purchase date.
3. Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via the contact page.

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, debit card, etc.) within 10–15 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of mind or inability to attend.

Travel delays, personal scheduling conflicts, or illness.

Dissatisfaction with entertainment, venue, or programming once the event has occurred.
5. Donation Option
If a refund is not available, ticket holders may choose to convert their ticket purchase into a tax-deductible donation to Richland Two Education Foundation. A donation receipt will be provided upon request.
6. Force Majeure Clause
In the event of cancellation or disruption due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control (e.g., severe weather, natural disaster, public health emergency), will be unavailable. In such cases, ticket holders will have the option to treat their ticket purchase as a charitable donation.
