REUNION REIMAGINED CODE OF CONDUCT POLICY

1. Purpose and Applicability
This Code of Conduct Policy governs all attendees, guests, staff, vendors, and participants of Reunion Reimagined held on the premises of Richland School District Two (“District”) & Reunion Reimagined rented facilities.
All attendees are expected to maintain the highest standards of respect, integrity, and lawful behavior in accordance with this policy, the Richland School District Two Code of Conduct, Reunion Reimagined rented facilities and South Carolina State Law regarding public school facilities & private rented facility use.
2. Prohibited Items
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, the following items are strictly prohibited anywhere on school property, including parking lots, indoor facilities, and outdoor spaces:

Alcoholic beverages of any kind

Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
-
Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, explosives, or any object reasonably construed as a weapon
This prohibition applies in accordance with South Carolina Code of Laws §16-23-420 (Carrying or displaying firearms on school property) and §59-67-240 (Unlawful possession of controlled substances on school property).
Violations will be immediately reported to local law enforcement authorities.
3. Behavioral Expectations
All attendees must conduct themselves with respect, civility, and responsibility.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate dismissal from the event and possible referral to law enforcement:

Fighting, physical aggression, or verbal threats

Disorderly conduct or disturbing the peace

Possession, use, or distribution of alcohol, drugs, or weapons
-
Theft, destruction, or misuse of property
-
Harassment, intimidation, or behavior that causes harm (emotional, physical, or psychological)
-
Any act that violates District policy, South Carolina law, Reunion Reimagined rented facilities or this Code of Conduct
4. Enforcement and Accountability
This policy is aligned with and enforced under the authority of the Richland School District Two Code of Conduct, Reunion Reimagined rented facilities and South Carolina law.
Any person found in violation of this Code of Conduct will:

Be immediately removed from the premises,
-
Face potential criminal charges or civil penalties, and
-
Be barred from future District facility use for non-school functions, at the discretion of District administrators.

Be barred from current & future Reunion Reimagined events.
Violations may be reported to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department or other appropriate authorities for further action.
Consequences will be applied to the highest extent permitted by law.
5. Acknowledgment and Compliance
By attending Reunion Reimagine, all participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct Policy.
Attendance at the event constitutes consent to be subject to the terms and enforcement measures outlined herein.
