Photo & Video Consent

This authorization grants permission for Reunion Reimagined, Inc. (“Reunion Reimagined”) to use your (and/or your child’s/ward’s) image (still or moving) and/or spoken words in perpetuity for promotions/marketing/displays and publicity-related multi-media productions related to participation in High School Reunion Reimagined.

 

This consent is applicable for the duration of your (and/or your child’s/ward’s) participation in Reunion Reimagined and in circumstances where Reunion Reimagined may collect images of participants, such as during events and activities including pep rally activities, vendor related activities, athletic activities, gaming and all reunion related experiences, and various other activities.

 

By signing this document, you agree:

1. To allow the recording of your (and/or your child’s/ward’s) image and voice by Reunion Reimagined and its agents (including photographs, video, and audio).

2. To allow Reunion Reimagined to distribute your (and/or your child’s/ward’s) image or recording in any medium, be it print or electronic form, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and any other social media platforms.

3. To grant permission to Reunion Reimagined to reproduce the images or recordings for marketing and publicity purposes.

4. That there is no reimbursement for the right to take or use your (and/or your child’s/ward’s) photograph, video, or recording.

 

I have read and fully understand the intent and purposes of this document and voluntarily agree without reservation.

 

I further understand that my consent can be withdrawn by contacting Reunion Reimagined in writing at Reunion Reimagined via the contact page.
